What does Auxilink Group do?
Auxilink Group works with manufacturing plants in three areas: industrial project execution (machine installation, relocation, shutdowns, fabrication, piping, conveyors and civil works), plastics machinery (injection moulding machines from Multiplas Machinery and Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, with spares and service), and industrial technology (machine monitoring and retrofit).
Which areas does Auxilink work in?
Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Manesar, Bawal, Neemrana, Faridabad, Noida and Greater Noida, and elsewhere in North India where it makes commercial sense.
Can a machine be moved while the plant is running?
Often yes, depending on the route. Movement through a live production area needs the route survey to establish what has to stop and for how long. Where that is not acceptable, the work is planned into a weekend or a shutdown window instead.
What information is needed to quote a machine shifting job?
A list of machines with weights and dimensions, the existing and proposed positions, floor loading if known, whether the move happens during production or a shutdown, and the date production has to restart.
What is needed to quote a fabrication job?
Drawings with section sizes marked, a bill of material if one exists, material grade, surface finish requirement, quantity, delivery location, and whether site erection is included in the scope.
Does Auxilink handle imported machine installation?
Yes. Imported machine work is planned from the OEM packing list and unpacking sequence, with lifting points taken from OEM documentation. Where an OEM engineer is deputed for commissioning, our team handles the physical installation so the engineer supervises rather than waits.
How are uploaded drawings and BOQs handled?
Files sent through the enquiry form go into private storage. They are not published, not accessible by any public link, and are used only to prepare a response to that enquiry.
Does Auxilink supply injection moulding machine spares?
Yes — screws, screw-tip sets, barrels and wear parts for the machines we represent, supplied against the machine serial number so the part fits the machine as built.
Can existing machines be connected for monitoring?
Usually, depending on what signals the machine already produces. The starting point is establishing what is actually available on that specific equipment, which is a machine question rather than a software question.
