Auxilink Machinery

Plastics machinery and lifecycle support

We represent two injection moulding machine builders in India and support their machines for the whole of their working life — not only up to commissioning.

A machine purchase is a fifteen-year relationship. What decides whether it was a good one is rarely the price at order stage. It is whether the right machine was selected for the part, whether it was installed properly, and whether spares and engineering support are still there in year eight.

Who we represent

Multiplas Machinery, Taiwan

Vertical clamp injection moulding machines, including rotary table configurations. These are the machines used where the insert has to be loaded into the mould by an operator or a robot — connectors, terminals, cable assemblies, bonded rubber-to-metal parts and similar insert moulding work.

Vertical machines are selected for a different reason than horizontal ones. The part decides the machine, not the tonnage table. We size against the actual insert, shot weight, cycle and the loading method.

Sumitomo (SHI) Demag

All-electric injection moulding machines. Where the requirement is repeatability, energy cost per part and clean operation — medical, electronics, precision technical mouldings — the all-electric platform changes the economics rather than just the specification sheet.

[CONTENT REQUIRED] Confirm the exact scope of the Sumitomo Demag arrangement — territory, which series, and whether service and spares sit with Auxilink or with the principal.

What we do beyond the sale

Machine selection Sizing against the part, the insert and the cycle — before a quotation, not after.
Installation and commissioning Our own installation teams, the same ones that handle presses and heavy machines.
Spares Screws, screw-tip sets, barrels and wear parts sourced from the principal, landed and delivered.
Service and breakdown support Engineers who have worked on these machines rather than a general service contract.
Auxiliaries Dryers, chillers, hoppers, feeders and material handling around the machine.

Sending an enquiry for a machine

The fastest way to a useful answer is to send the part, not the tonnage. Machine selection done from a tonnage figure alone is guesswork.

Spares and wear parts

Screws, screw-tip sets and barrels are the parts that quietly decide moulding quality. A worn non-return valve produces shot weight variation that looks like a process problem for months before anyone checks the tip.

We supply genuine parts from the principal against the machine serial number, so what arrives fits the machine you actually have rather than the model it resembles.
